All required car hire insurances

All required car hire insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) are included in our car hire rates. The vehicle's car hire insurance is subject to an insurance excess value :

When you collect the car hire at Ibiza Airport, you'll be asked to leave a credit card deposit to the value of the car hire excess : (Depending on the type of car you select) between EUR 500.00 and EUR 3000.00. Providing you return the vehicle undamaged at the end of the car hire, this value is returned to your credit card in full. In the unlikely event that you damage the car hire vehicle, your maximum liability is limited to the car hire insurance excess value. Local car hire taxes & airport charges.

Our car hire rates at Ibiza Airport are fully inclusive of local sales taxes (16.00% in Spain).

Arrival times for your car hire.

Our car hire rates include service on arrival at Ibiza Airport within normal office hours (07:00-22:00). If your flight arrives outside these times, there is a surcharge of EUR 30.00. This car hire surcharge is payable locally on arrival at Ibiza Airport.

Fuel is not included at Ibiza Airport!

The fuel that you consume during your car hire is obviously not included in our our published car hire rates! On arrival at Ibiza Airport, you will be asked to prepay a full tank of fuel. At the end of the hire, simply return the car hire vehicle back to the car hire station at Ibiza Airport as empty as possible.

On short hires (3 days or less), we may be able to arrange "full/full" fuelling for your car hire at Ibiza Airport against a credit card deposit. Please ask your reservations agent for further details.

Insurance Excess deposit.

As explained above in What's Included, the car hire vehicle's insurance at Ibiza Airport is subject to an car hire insurance excess deposit (depending on the type of car hire vehicle you select) between EUR 500.00 and EUR 3000.00. Providing you return the car hire vehicle undamaged, this value is refunded to your credit card in full.
