Unlike traditional sources of car hire at Gibraltar Airport, there is no credit card deposit on arrival to pay for bodywork damage during the car hire. Some multinational car hire companies (and indeed several of Europe's biggest car hire brokers) expect you to pay as much as £ 800.00 if you damage the car ... remember we're called all-inclusive-car-hire.com because if the car's bodywork is damaged during the rental, there's not a dime to pay!
No cancellation charges
You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive and immediate refund. Compare this to many car hire brokers and rental companies who will hold you responsible for up to 100% of the rental value if you cancel your booking!
All car hire insurances with NO excess value!
Our car hire rates are inclusive of all required car hire vehicle insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) at Gibraltar Airport and have no car hire insurance excess, this means that there is no credit card deposit on arrival at Gibraltar Airport against damage to the car hire vehicle's bodywork and in the event of bodywork damage to the car hire vehicle (like dented panels, broken wing mirrors etc, not : tyres glass wheels etc see below) there is no renter responsibility.

Our car hire rates at Gibraltar Airport are fully inclusive of local sales taxes (16.00% in Spain).
Arrival times for your car hire.
Our car hire rates include 24 hour car hire service at Gibraltar Airport with no surcharge for late or night time car hire arrivals. When we confirm your car hire reservation at Gibraltar Airport, we'll require your arrival flight number into Gibraltar Airport.
Additional drivers
Included in our car hire rates for Gibraltar Airport is one free extra driver on every car hire. At Gibraltar Airport, the normal minimum driver age applied by car hire companies is 21 of age, with a minimum of two years driving licence experience. If any would-be driver is aged under 21 (or is aged over 70) at the start of the car hire at Gibraltar Airport, please confirm via e-mail with your car hire reservations agent.
Fuel is not included at Gibraltar Airport!
The fuel that you consume during your car hire is obviously not included in our our published car hire rates! On arrival at Gibraltar Airport, you will be asked to prepay a full tank of fuel. At the end of the hire, simply return the car hire vehicle back to the car hire station at Gibraltar Airport as empty as possible.On short hires (3 days or less), we may be able to arrange "full/full" fuelling for your car hire at Gibraltar Airport against a credit card deposit. Please ask your reservations agent for further details.
Lost car hire vehicle keys.
Vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you lose the car hire vehicle's key, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately EUR 120.00) plus any associated transport costs in connecting you with a new vehicle key. More importantly, your holiday car hire at Gibraltar Airport may be seriously affected while you wait for a new key to be prepared for your car hire vehicle. Please take good care of the car hire vehicle key while you're on holiday in Spain!
Using the wrong fuel type for your car hire vehicle.
Putting gasoline into a diesel car (or vice versa) requires the engine to be stripped down and cleaned. If you put the wrong fuel into the car hire vehicle at Gibraltar Airport, expect a hefty garage bill and several days with your car "off-the-road" while the car is repaired.
Blow-outs are at your own risk
If you have a puncture during the rental the car hire company will hold you responsible for the repair/replacement cost. All our cars are delivered with a road-worthy set of tyres which are inspected prior to each delivery. Typically, bad parking or driving off-road are the most common causes of punctures during a rental period.
Off-road or negligent use.
Our car hire vehicles at Gibraltar Airport are rented for use on the public highways of Spain. They cannot be used off-road. Although a very rare ocurrance, we'd like you to be aware that damage to the underside of the car hire vehicle, frequently caused by negligent driving or off-road use at Gibraltar Airport (we have had occasion to have to lift car hire vehicles out of dried-up river beds!) is your responsibility. Drunk driving a hire car is considered negligent use.
Traffic fines.
Traffic fines, speeding tickets incurred at the wheel of your car hire vehicle at Gibraltar Airport are at your own risk.
Vehicle glass & locks.
It is a sad reality that in most holiday resorts in Spain, auto-theft is a day-to-day ocurrance. If you park up the car hire vehicle with personal items inside and, as a consequence, the glass or locks are damaged in an attempt to steal your personal effects, you will be responsible for the associated repair costs to the car hire vehicle. We strongly recommend that you park the vehicle in supervised car parks/garages in the major cities and never leave any personal item inside the car hire vehicle.
Damage to the vehicle's underside.
Damage to the vehicle's underside is the responsibility of the renter. Although a very rare ocurrance, damage caused by driving off-road, impacts from rocks or other items to the underside can cause considerable damage to the vehicle. If this situation arises, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
Child seats
Child seats are suitable for young children from approximately 6 months of age until 2-3 years of age. Child seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Gibraltar Airport on request. There is a charge of EUR 2.50 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Gibraltar Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Booster Seats
Booster seats are suitable for young children from approximately 2 years until 5 years of age. Booster seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Gibraltar Airport on request. There is a charge of EUR 2.50 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Gibraltar Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Roof Racks
Roof racks are available for some car hire vehicles at Gibraltar Airport. Roof racks are supplied free of charge, with the straps to tie your baggage on. Before ordering a roof rack, consider renting a slightly larger vehicle with more boot space .. it's a lot less stressful than lifting your cases on to the roof! If you require a roof rack, please ensure it is included in your car hire Quote request/booking from the outset.
